This home in the Kiyota-ku area of Sapporo was occupied by a world-renowned painter. The design of the house and even the garden environment is like a beautiful work of art.
The view from the window overlooking the park is fantastic. In summer, there is a fountain and water feature and lots of flowers bloom in spring.
The rich greenery and vast grounds will soothe your heart and you can see Harudori Park, which won the Sapporo City Urban Landscape Award. it is truly a property that heals your five senses. This area is called "Beverly Hills" in Sapporo and is a high class residential area that is said to be elegant and friendly.
The house has parking for 4 cars and is split over two floors. Both floors could house individuals as there is a small kitchen upstairs too. See the floorplan here.
There are 10 golf courses within a short drive of the house as well as a ski resort and a horse riding
club (equestrian and steeplechase). In March 2023 Hokkaido Baseball Park, the world's best baseball stadium,
will be completed, which is a 20-minute drive from the house. It's also only 10 minutes from Sapporo Dome, the largest event venue in Hokkaido which has regular concerts and events.
It is a 7-minute drive to Mitsui Outlet Mall, where duty-free stores are
concentrated and only 6 minutes to Costco.
It is a two-hour drive to Furano and about 90 minutes to Niseko.
