Niseko Investments

Niseko Investments has been operating as an independent real estate broker since 2015, but we have been involved in real estate in the Niseko and Rusutsu areas for 18 years now. At present we operate with our sister company Niseko Trading, concentrating particularly on the Rusutsu area, as capital gain has great potential to increase there.

We focus on a relatively small number of properties that other agents don't have access to and we are able to source information on new properties from local connections.

The 18 years of experience has included Property Management operations and we are currently in partnership with Niseko Resort Holdings, NRH, which has more than 110 properties under its management. This has become another valuable source of leads into the real estate side.

We have also managed several successful construction projects in the Niseko area. Project management for construction is done at a fraction of the costs that other, larger companies charge. We are proud to be able to say that we provide a thorough and stress-free service to clients at a fraction of the price of the larger construction project management companies in town.
