The house is located in a village on the bus route from the town hall in the center of Kijimadaira Village to Nozawa Onsen. The northern side of the village is in the Mizuho area of Iiyama City. The second floor entrance leads to a Japanese-style space with flooring, pillars and beams. There are 4 rooms on the second floor and 2 rooms on the first floor, and a large storage space with steel frame reinforcement.

The house is equipped with public water and sewerage. Although it is currently vacant, the owner has been taking good care of it, so no major repairs are required. The roof sheds snow naturally and the garage space can hold two small cars in a row on the street side.

The Iiyama Shinkansen station is about 7km away, with the bullet train to Tokyo taking less than 2 hours.
