The layout features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, as well as a second living room with shoji doors that can serve as a guest room or additional living space, remaining flexible for a variety of uses.

A large rear deck and upper balconies overlook the forest and Osawa Stream, creating a serene outdoor space to relax, listen to the sound of running water, and appreciate the surrounding nature in any season.
