Hirafu Village Sekka House

Niseko Realty are pleased to represent the sale of Sekka House in Hirafu Village after having acquired the property many years ago for the current owners. Sekka House is one of the closest chalet’s to any ski lift in the Hirafu Village and is well positioned for easy access into the future walk through village.

Sekka House was built in 2006 by the developers of the Sekka Brand. The chalet set out over three floors with the sunken living, kitchen, drying room located on the ground floor then all bedrooms located on the upper levels. Each of the en-suite bedrooms are extremely spacious and all equipped with a full size western bath. The top floor bedrooms each have a decent size covered veranda to utilize both in winter and summer.

Recently the owners made some light renovations to the property including the covered entrance way for ski storage.

Sekka House is managed by Holiday Niseko one of the longest operators in the village and is one of the better performing chalets in Hirafu Village on the rental side.
