The Fuji Kanko Hotel, which existed on this site, was a well-known entertainment and spa hotel through the 1990s (the local mayor praised the excellent hot spring water). The land is bordered and intersected by two dramatic rivers with 3 active onsen wells.

The land is in a natural funnel of traffic along the Route 66 panorama line, only a 5-minute drive from the ski slopes at the Niseko United Resort. Excellent views of Mt. Annupuri and quick access to operating onsen hotels characterize the site.

The site consists of 29 plots comprising in the aggregate about 35,000 square meters. The remains of two buildings plus one additional standing buildings are also on the site.

This site is well suited for a high end smaller boutique onsen hotel with some stunning housing sites running along the river.
