Two residence types will be available for ownership: YUAMI Villas and ONSEN SUITE residences. Both options offer full onsen access, while the flagship YUAMI Villas feature an exceptional private bathing experience with three different private hot springs and four baths.

YUAMI VILLAS

The YUAMI Villas are carefully integrated into the natural contours of the site, with three overlapping roofs following the landscape and creating a distinctive architectural form.

The 4-bedroom, 807 sqm private villas feature an open-air bath beside an infinity pool overlooking the river, a rock bath facing the courtyard, and another open-air bath nestled within the garden. A private sauna connects these spaces, creating a continuous journey between the bath, garden and pool.

At the centre of the villa, an approximately 17-metre-wide opening frames the surrounding landscape, bringing the forest and river directly into the living and dining space.

ONSEN-SUITE RESIDENCES

Located in a separate building, the ONSEN SUITE residences overlook the Fujiki River and offer a more compact ownership option while retaining the tranquil connection to Yugawara’s natural surroundings and onsen culture. The residences include 1, 2 and 3-bedroom options and ranging from 104 to 263 sqm.

Not A Hotel represents a new way to own exceptional real estate, with ownership offered across two residence types:

YUAMI VILLAS - 265m per 1/36 share, or 10 nights per year

ONSEN SUITE RESIDENCES - 35~100m per 1/36 share, or 10 nights per year, depending on the individual residence
