Built lovingly by the current owners, the houses have a real warm, authentic mountain feel. One is immediately overwhelmed by the desire to grab a warm cup of coffee and curl up with a book! The solid log walls imbue their warmth throughout, and are a pure expression of the structure. The main house has a combined floor area of 134.89 sqm and the guest cottage 48.63 sqm (the combined total indicated in our summary). Although compact, the rooms in the house are nicely compartmentalized, and you could maintain privacy. The cottage has an open loft area and kitchen, and a WC but no bathroom. Both buildings have storage and workshop underneath, ideal for storing hobby tools and gear. An external garage space allows you to keep your car free of snow.

Mt. Yotei is so close you feel you can touch it, and the views fill the sky. The owners have been avid gardeners over the years, and you may also want to try your green thumb. Surrounded by meadows, forests, and quiet country houses, this idyllic land would be ideal for a family looking for some space to spread out and play.
