Ijinkan- Registered Historical House in Kobe

This historical Western-style building was built at the end of the Meiji era as the residence of Mr. Palastin, a Russian trader. It holds the original design and it is loved by people in Kobe.
The house was run as a popular cafe for tourists until last year. Then the owner decided to sell it. It consists of four large rooms, two room each floor.
The rooms downstairs connect to the front garden, when you open the stained glassed front door it connects to the garden with a view of the Kitano area of Kobe. The other two rooms upstairs are connected with a sliding door and at the end it connects to the characteristic sunroom where you can enjoy view of city of Kobe.
There is an extension attached with the main building which has two rooms. There are some parties interested in renting it.
