Off-Piste Chalet is a near-new residence in ever-popular St. Moritz community, completed in 2020. Nestled in the centre of the neighborhood, the house enjoys less trafficked roads and wide-open views of Mt Yotei.

The chalet was designed by Wakisaka Architecture, known for their minimalistic design and straightforward construction that incorporates windows well-placed creating an interior with plenty of natural light. The home has three ensuited bedrooms and a spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining area. Essential for a residence in the world's snowiest ski resort, Off-Piste Chalet has a gas fireplace, heated floors, air conditioning, owners storage, a dry room and the luxury of an internal-access garage. There is even a kid’s retreat tucked away near the stairs with its own 50” TV and Play Station.

The property comes fully-furnished by two excellent suppliers, Songdream and Conde House. Furnishings exude a Nordic style minimalism made from wood taken from the beautiful forests right here in Hokkaido. Kitchen appliances are by AEG and include an oven, induction stove, and dishwasher. All this with its short-term rental license all set up!
