This Annupuri Ski-In Ridge site is one of the few remaining on-mountain project sites in the Niseko area. Ski-in land affords guests and owners the ability to step straight onto snow and ski back to their door after a day on the slopes.

Positioned high up the Annupuri valley, this land boasts exceptional views of the ski resort and surrounding village right out to the picturesque Konbu ranges to the south. Zoned as quasi-national park, the site retains fantastic natural features and is bisected by a dramatic waterway that would be ideally suited as a central feature for any development plan.

Totalling 2.3 hectares, the block is large enough to accommodate a number of different development preferences but given the ski-in element would almost certainly garner strong commercial consideration.
