The Luxe Nomad send more guests to Niseko than any other travel agent and have grown to become and integral part of the international visitation to the resort.
Having spent many years working directly with Chief Nomad Stephanie Chai, Chris was delighted to sit down (virtually of course...) to discuss Uchi, all things real estate in Japan and where opportunities seem to lie when it comes to investment in property in Japan.
While much of the chat centred around Niseko, Uchi now has over 600 listings from all over Japan. Both Chris and Stephanie agreed that the next interview needs to take place back in Hokkaido though, once travel restrictions are lifted and tourists and investments alike can return to enjoy all the amazing experiences that Japan has to offer.
