Tokyo-based institutional real estate capital advisory firm Nikota Capital has established
Nikota Realty: a real estate brokerage division to serve individual investors in their purchase
and sale of apartments, houses, and land in central Tokyo, Niseko, and the Nagano area.
Nikota Realty consultants are based in the markets it serves, as well as in Hong Kong, to service sophisticated investors and homebuyers considering real estate purchases in Japan.
The new platform will be led by Craig Pearce and Dan Tagliere, who each have decades of experience investing in and managing real estate opportunities in the APAC region, including Japan.
