Welcome to our cozy log cabin, situated in the peaceful woods at the base of Mt. Yotei, in the quaint and growing area of Kondo. This home is more than just a house; it's a haven for families or couples who cherish being close to nature while having easy access to some of Japan's best ski resorts, such as Rusutsu, Annupuri, Niseko Village and Hanazono, all within a 20-minute drive.
What makes this place special is the unique blend of privacy and community. The cabin is located on a private road, ensuring a quiet, safe environment for children to play outside, free from the worry of traffic. This road is well-maintained throughout the year, offering hassle-free access in both summer and winter.
The heart of this home is its recently renovated kitchen, designed with a western touch. It's spacious enough to prepare large family meals, complete with modern amenities like a washing machine, western oven, and gas cooktops. It's a warm and welcoming space where memories are made.

Why Niseko-Kondo?
If you don't know about Niseko yet... where have you been? Best known for the incredible amounts of light, dry powder that blankets the resort each season, with an annual snowfall average of around 15 metres, Niseko has grown beyond the snow into Asia’s most international winter resort, with accommodation and F&B to suit all tastes and budgets, a vibrant nightlife and a comprehensive range of English-language services.
The growth in popularity has been driven not only by the frankly unbelievable amount of snow, but by the growth of the area year-round. Hundreds of residents moved for the snow, but stay for the summer! As a "local" foreigner resident I can attest that Japan is one of the most amazing countries, but the Niseko area is truly the best place to live and work.
Niseko-Kondo is an area located just a few minutes from the centre of Niseko Town. Situated between Niseko United and Rusutsu resorts, you have great access to two of the top ski resorts in Asia as well as being perfectly located for summer activities including golf, hiking and trips to the nearby Lake Toya. With local and international schools less than 5km away it's the perfect spot for a family to enjoy Hokkaido life!
