More Culinary Excitement Coming To Niseko

Setsu Niseko, due to open in summer 2022, will host a range of exciting restaurants and bars and we can't wait to try them out!

Developed by the renowned Singapore company SC Global, Setsu Niseko will open its doors in summer 2022 and we can't wait! Aside from the luxurious apartments and penthouses, some of which are still available for sale, there are plenty of amazing food and beverage options that will be in place. Meli Melo Yuki No Koe

Led by Hokkaido native and Michelin-starred Chef Hironori Sato, meli melo is an intriguing culinary collaboration between Chef Sato and Masaya Ishii from Hokkaido based coffeehouse ‘Baristart Coffee’, famous throughout Hokkaido for their signature dairy dishes and Sapporo roasted coffee. Chef Sato started his career in France working at Michelin-star restaurants before relocating back home to Japan to open the widely-acclaimed Michelin star French restaurant ‘meli melo’ in the Maruyama district of Sapporo.

Open throughout the day, guests can feast on a range Japanese and Western comfort foods, created from the best ingredients sourced from throughout Hokkaido. Meli melo’s large open plan dining space arranged around a central bar boasts dramatic views of Mount Yotei and Japanese-Alpine interiors, forming the heart of Setsu Niseko' ground floor. The barista coffee will give you the perfect kick-start to whatever adventure you choose for the day!
