To make full use of the composition of one dwelling unit per floor, each apartment complex unit has its unique characteristics by applying Japanese traditional materials to every floor. In using white, black, and gray monotone traditional materials such as Shikkui, Kawara, Mikage-ishi, and Cedar board-formed concrete derived from Japan, the traditional and chic Japanese beauty can be expressed in a contemporary building.

The entrance lobby to Hillpeak Tokiwamatsu has been luxuriously appointed to create a sense of arrival for residents. The lobby is screened from the road by carefully placed landscaping. A sculptural staircase leads down to a multipurpose room which can be used by residents for private function or other activities.
