Yamazanmai is an independent real estate agency and consultancy based in Niseko, Hokkaido. Drawing on decades of experience in the local property market, we help clients buy and sell homes, land and investment properties throughout Niseko and the surrounding region.

We believe that successful real estate should also contribute to the community and environment that make Niseko such a special place. That's why 5% of all our commission is donated to our sister non-profit organisation, The Wildwoods Foundation, which works to protect and restore Hokkaido's precious forests.
