Jin’s Homes is a real estate agency helping international buyers purchase and manage second homes across Tokyo. We support the entire process, from acquisition, furnishing, and licensing (where required) to day-to-day operations, including the payment of utility bills, property taxes, and other ongoing expenses.

When owners are away, we can manage and operate their properties as short-term rentals (such as Airbnb) or mid-term rentals (i.e. furnished rentals for over 30 nights, for owners who want to reduce guest turnover and prioritize property condition)—helping a second home pay for its own expenses by generating income during the periods when it would otherwise sit vacant.

We also assist international clients with arranging local financing, establishing a Japanese company where appropriate, and coordinating other local services needed to own and operate property in Japan. By combining real estate brokerage with hands-on property and hospitality management, we provide a single point of contact throughout the ownership cycle.

Whether the goal is a personal second home, rental income, or a combination of both, we help clients structure the purchase and ongoing operation around how they actually intend to use the property.
