HN Property and its parent company Holiday Niseko are locally owned and operated and led by Ashley Nicholls and Perrin Chalke. Both Ashley and Perrin have lived in the region for more than 20 years and have been involved in real estate since 2006. We are a full service real estate company, offering for sale a wide range of buildings and land around Niseko and the surrounding areas.
