Yoichi Vacation Villa

Yoichi is a vibrant region long famous for its verdant horticulture of cherry and fruit orchards and more recently for its burgeoning wine industry. This Japanese-style residence sits comfortably in the semi-rural outskirts of the town with stunning views of surrounding hills and rural pursuits.

The house was initially constructed in 1976 and substantially renovated in 2022. The improvements are too many to list here but include a brand new kitchen, toilet and bathroom, updated windows & external sliding doors and new floorings covering.

The four bedroom house is set over two floors and has a 105.43 sqm floor area with a land area of 316.56 sqm. The town centre, rail station and motorway are a few minutes' drive away.

As a bonus, the local onsen (hot spring) is within walking distance and the Nikka whiskey distillery is just a little beyond that across the river. Drink up!
