Niseko Moiwa Royal Town is a small enclave of onsen land parcels and houses located a short 3 -4 minute drive to the Moiwa and Annupuri ski areas. In close proximity there is a abundance of the best onsen along with some signature restaurants for various cuisine types.

In the immediate area there has been a surge in land sales and high end developments which has ultimately pushed the prices up albeit still a fraction of Hirafu land price's. With more development slated with names like Aman Hotel coming the future looks bright for investing in this area.
