A Private Mountain Retreat in the Making

With Mount Yotei as its backdrop, Makkari Cottages Lot C offers 306 m² (92.6 tsubo) of land in the peaceful Makkari countryside. One of just six lots, it provides an appealing setting for a mountain retreat or holiday home between Niseko and Rusutsu.

Open Views and Rural Charm

Surrounded by farmland, the property enjoys expansive countryside views and a landscape that changes from snow-covered fields to summer greenery. Nearby Makkari Village offers cafés, restaurants and everyday amenities, alongside riverside walks and local recreation.

The collection’s first cabin, on Lot E, was completed in December 2025, marking the beginning of this small community.

Two Resorts Within Easy Reach

Rusutsu Resort: approximately 16 minutes by car.
Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort: approximately 21 minutes by car.

Enjoy access to both ski areas while returning to the quieter surroundings of Makkari.

Create Your Own Hokkaido Escape

Offered as vacant land, Lot C provides scope to explore a home tailored to your lifestyle, subject to applicable building regulations and approvals.
