Located in idyllic St. Moritz, within walking distance of Niseko-Hirafu village and the lifts, Ramina is a very well constructed pension in great condition.

Built by renowned builder HOP, a regular contributor to [Taiga's](https://uchijapan.com/agents/taiga) projects, Ramina is well constructed and has been well maintained by the detail oriented owner. The pension is in great shape for immediate use as a lodge or pension. Alternatively, the larger room sizes and ensuite bathrooms also lend the building to a conversion into a private or rental chalet.

The ground floor has a comfortable open dining space that could double as a living room, large kitchen area, and two ensuite bedrooms. There are also two massive communal spa bath areas. The upstairs has 4 regular ensuite bedrooms, and 2 mini-suites that include a bathroom, kitchenette, tatami area, bedroom, and small living area.

Ramina represents good value to purchase a very solid building with great location, versus the cost of buying an empty lot and building new.
