## I Am Architecture In Motion

I wear a curved floating roof — bold, elegant, unmistakable. My lines are drawn to belong here, to frame the mountains, to open fully to light and sky. From my 700 sqm site, I stretch outward with floor-to-ceiling glass and a timber deck where my cypress jacuzzi waits among the trees. I am drama and harmony, sculpted into Niseko’s slopes.

## I Am Space To Live And To Breathe

I hold over 540 sqm across five levels. At my heart, a top-floor sanctuary of kitchen, dining, and living where glass walls dissolve into panoramic views. I hold five bedrooms, each a retreat of calm, with a master suite crafted for rest and reverie. I carry a media room, a gym, and spaces for staff — all connected by a private lift that moves through me as quietly as snow.

## I Am Crafted For Serenity

I hold a hinoki-wood bath, carved with the traditions of Japan. I am stillness after storms, a private onsen sanctuary where water, wood, and steam restore balance. I am eco-conscious in my design, built not only for luxury, but with reverence for the natural beauty that surrounds me.
