Guests can feast on the delights of *Tempura Araki*, the new sister restaurant to its two-Michelin star counterpart in Sapporo or the ultimate ocean to table experience of *Sushi Kato Inori* under the helm of seafood veteran Kato Toshiaki.
The hotel's main eatery *mèli melo - yuki no koe* offers a unique collaboration by Michelin acclaimed Chef Hironori Sato and Masaya Isshii of Baristart Coffee, whilst Tokyo’s famed ramen joint *AFURI* serves up fresh noodles and cool vibes throughout the day. The bespoke wine experience of *Park90 Niseko* offers the perfect spot to sit back and recount the memories of the day with its carefully curated menu of close to 300 wines from the world finest wineries.
